1. What were the main objectives of this office renovation, and how do they align with the company’s growth and strategic vision?
With this renovation, we aim to create a collaborative environment where we can work more efficiently. At the same time, we want to promote well-being so people can feel comfortable and at ease working here. We’re also adapting our space to reflect a modern office, and to support our future growth as well.”
2. How are the company's values integrated into the design and functionality of the new offices?
The new space will align perfectly with Inibsa’s values, as it will foster a collaborative environment, a space for teamwork where people can interact with other departments more easily. For our clients, suppliers and stakeholders, we’ll have a space to welcome them and showcase what Inibsa is like today.
3. How will it impact the culture of Inibsa?
There will undoubtedly be a very significant impact on Inibsa’s culture and our way of working. We will have a new space called Inibsa Square — an interdepartmental meeting area and a place to connect with our stakeholders and external partners, where we can welcome them and have a space to interact. We will also have a business area with multiple meeting rooms of different types that we and our external partners can use. Additionally, we will have an auditorium, which will also serve as a multipurpose room for training sessions, presentations, or any other needs. All of this will have a very significant impact.
We also seek to facilitate people's mobility. Having so many open spaces and clear desks allows us to move from one department to another and from one place to another as needed.
4. What are the main innovations in the workspaces and common areas to meet the needs of an increasingly digitised world?
We are following the path of the first renovation we did. We have rooms that are technologically equipped for videoconferences and a system set up to hold high-quality meetings. Additionally, the auditorium we are going to build will feature the latest technology, including a state-of-the-art LED screen for presentations and also for virtual conferences when needed, adapting to today’s demands. Investing in technology is a must for modern companies.
5. What sustainability initiatives have been implemented in new offices?
In terms of sustainability, we are using LED lighting and saving energy through automation. For temperature control, we have opted for a centralised climate system that ensures consistent temperatures across all spaces. We also work with natural materials, have introduced osmosis systems to avoid purchasing plastic bottles, and continue with our strategy of having only the necessary printers in the required spaces to save paper, among other initiatives.
6. How will this new office contribute to improving the experience and well-being of employees and partners?
Undoubtedly, the well-being of the people who use these spaces will increase significantly. All of this is part of the value proposition that Inibsa is offering its employees. We are truly going to contribute to making it a much more appealing space to work in. Therefore, if we feel more comfortable working, we will perform better and also be happier.
