- Sustainable commitment
- Social: We Are Community
People are at the heart of Inibsa. They are what give meaning to what we do and the focus of our commitment: to create an environment where they can grow, develop and feel well, both inside and outside of work.
We understand our responsibility beyond business. We act as an active part of society, promoting initiatives that generate a real and positive impact.
Because building community is not an idea, it is a way of acting.
Responsibility towards our team
Our commitment to people is structured through a comprehensive approach that promotes professional development, wellbeing and equal opportunities
We promote continuous growth through training programmes and the ongoing development of skills, supported by Professional Development Plans that facilitate career progression within the organisation. We strongly support internal talent, prioritising internal promotion, and we encourage the inclusion of young talent through internship programmes that support employability and early professional experience.
We promote work-life balance measures that help maintain a healthy balance between personal and professional life, and we ensure safe and healthy working environments through an Occupational Health and Safety management system focused on continuous improvement. We reinforce the culture of safety, health and wellbeing through training, awareness and prevention activities, as well as initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyles.
All of this takes place in a diverse, inclusive environment based on respect and equal opportunities, where each person can fully develop and contribute value within a framework of trust and shared commitment. In line with our social commitment, we collaborate with organisations and companies that promote the employment inclusion of people in vulnerable situations, contributing to a fairer and more inclusive society.

- El Petit Liceu – LiceuAprèn Programme: We collaborate with this educational programme that brings opera and culture closer to children.
