Purposes of the processing of personal data

At LABORATORIOS INIBSA S.A. we process the information you provide to us through our services for the following purposes:

  • To manage your contact request: questions, queries and information requests received in relation to the products and services offered by LABORATORIOS INIBSA, S.A.
  • To manage your job application, keep you informed about the staff selection process and notify you of future vacancies arising in our organisation.
  • To manage complaints, claims, suggestions and recommendations arising from the service provided.
  • To manage the commercial relationship and to provide information on the products, promotions and/or news items that may be of interest to you, covered by the consent given by the data subject through the newsletter form on the website.

Each interactive data collection form on the Inibsa website will have its own personal data protection policy (first layer) which you, as the User, should read and accept prior to sending the form.

The legal ground for the processing of your data is the consent you provided when completing any of the forms LABORATORIOS INIBSA S.A. makes available in relation to its services.

The personal data provided to manage any information requests, questions, queries, complaints, suggestions, CV-related issues, claims and to exercise data protection rights will be retained for the time necessary to process the request and, in all cases, for the time legally established and for the duration of the period required to formulate, exercise or defend claims.

Similarly, LABORATORIOS INIBSA S.A. regularly reviews the data retention periods and, at its own initiative, will erase any data if it considers that the information is obsolete or outdated.

Rights

Everyone has the right to request access to their personal data, their rectification or erasure and to restrict or object to their processing, as well as the right to the portability of the data. You must prove your identity by attaching a copy of your identification document.

Similarly, please note that you have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory body (Spanish Data Protection Agency) if you consider that there has been any breach in relation to the processing of your personal data.

If you request the restriction of the processing of your data, we will only retain them to exercise or defend claims and, in the event of your objection, we will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or to exercise or defend possible claims.
