At Inibsa we have opened a new office space on the first floor of the main building: a space of more than 1,600 m² that goes beyond a mere renovation. It represents the cultural evolution we are experiencing and a clear commitment to a new working model: one that is more flexible, more collaborative and, above all, more people oriented.

Over the past few months, we have been working on defining an environment that fosters talent, enhances innovation, encourages connection and focuses on people. That space is now a reality.

The new offices combine functionality, design and innovation, and they have been designed to cater to the various existing working dynamics. They feature creative rooms, versatile meeting areas, Think Tanks, multipurpose rooms and spaces such as Inibsa Square, which is a meeting point for teams, ideas and conversations.

Each corner of the new offices has been designed with a clear purpose: to inspire, facilitate and support. The open and flexible distribution promotes a collaborative environment that allows people to coexist smoothly, while the natural light, technology integrated into the rooms and variety of workspaces offer each person the possibility of finding their own way of adding value. All of this has been provided in a physical environment that fosters well-being and productivity. Just like in the renovation carried out on the second floor in 2023, sustainability has been a key consideration in the design of this new space, thus reinforcing Inibsa's commitment to an environmentally friendly growth.

The opening of these new offices represents much more than a step forward in Inibsa's infrastructure: it symbolises a step towards a culture that is more open, collaborative and aligned with the challenges of the present and the future. This project strengthens the company's commitment to its team and to a more connected, close, flexible and shared way of working.
