LABORATORIOS INIBSA, S.A. wishes to provide you with additional information on the processing of your personal data, in accordance with GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), ORGANIC LAW 3/2018, of 5 December, on PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND THE SAFEGUARDING OF DIGITAL RIGHTS (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD”) and other applicable regulations on this matter. Consequently, in accordance with LABORATORIOS INIBSA, S.A.'s Privacy Policy that follows a layered approach to information, further information is provided below which includes important details on the processing of your data as a User.

Purposes of processing personal data

When you (hereinafter, “User”) access the Websites www.inibsa.com, www.inibsa.es, and www.inibsa.pt or any of the other domains owned by us (hereinafter, “Site” or “Website”), the social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) of LABORATORIOS INIBSA (hereinafter, also referred to as “INIBSA”) or when you contact INIBSA via the forms we provide on the Website, we process the information you provide for the following purposes:

• To handle your contact request: questions, queries and requests for information received in relation to the products and services offered by LABORATORIOS INIBSA, S.A.
• To manage your job application, keep you informed about the recruitment process and notify you of future vacancies within our organisation.
• To handle complaints, claims, suggestions and recommendations related to the service provided.
• To manage the commercial relationship and provide you with information about products, training, promotions or news that may interest you, based on the consent given by the data subject through the newsletter form on the Website.

Each interactive data collection form on the INIBSA website shall have its own personal data protection policy which you, as the User, must read and accept before submitting the form.

Legal bases for data processing

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you have given when filling in any of the forms provided by LABORATORIOS INIBSA S.A. in relation to its services.

Data retention period

Provided that you have given your explicit consent for such purposes, the personal data you provide in order for us to handle requests for information, questions, queries, enquiries, complaints, suggestions, CV-related matters, claims and for the exercise of data protection rights shall be retained for the time it takes to process the request and, in any event, for the legally prescribed period and for the time required to file, pursue or defend claims.

INIBSA also regularly reviews data retention periods and shall, on its own initiative, delete any data if it considers the information to be obsolete or out-of-date.

The personal data you provide may be disclosed to other INIBSA group companies:

The data is not disclosed to any other third parties, unless it is necessary to share it with partners/third parties in order to deal with and fulfil your requests or requirements, or if there is a legal obligation to do so. In any event, INIBSA shall enter into an appropriate data processor agreement with each of these third parties, who shall process such data solely for the purposes specified by INIBSA in each case.

Rights

All Users have the right to request access to their personal data, to have it rectified or erased, and to restrict or object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for any purposes. If you request that we restrict the processing of your data, we will only retain it in order to pursue or defend claims and, if you object, we will no longer process the data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so or in order to pursue or defend any claims.

Security measures

In accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, INIBSA implements appropriate technical, administrative and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, tampering, and unauthorised disclosure or access - in particular when the processing involves the transmission of data on a social network - and to prevent any other illegal form of processing.

Generally, Users are not required to register in order to access and browse the contents of the Website. However, prior registration of the User may be required in order to view certain Social Media content. In such an event, the data entered by the User must be accurate and up-to-date and must comply with the respective Privacy Policy of the Social Network.Con carácter general, para acceder y navegar por los contenidos del Sitio Web no es necesario el previo registro del Usuario. You have the right to protection of your data pursuant to Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs, the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks to the rights and freedoms of natural persons of varying likelihood and severity.

Updates to our Privacy Policy

INIBSA may revise this Privacy Policy by updating it and publishing it on the Website. If any changes made affect the User's rights, we shall inform them.
